The Coldwell Banker Commercial - BVI team collectively has over 100 years of BVI real estate experience. Managing Director, Chris Smith, has lived and worked in the BVI for almost 20 years. Coming from a London ad agency background, Chris originally arrived to work for Sir. Richard Branson on Necker Island. He then worked for a real estate development company before Chris and his team launching Coldwell Banker in the BVI. Our shareholders have owned and operated some of the BVI's leading insurance, legal and other businesses over the past 30 years. The firm has rapidly established itself as the leading full service real estate company in the BVI.

The team can provide a full range of legal, accounting, insurance, architectural, chartered surveying and contracting services. We have placed several of the BVI's "Offshore Magic Circle" Law firms in their current office space and are advising on the development of new commercial premises. We have advised and helped develop the very successful "Nanny Cay Village" development at Nanny Cay Marina, which has outsold every development in the BVI for the past two years. We currently have listed Road Town's favourite restaurant, "The Dove", two of Cane Garden Bay's most popular smaller Guest House/Vacation Villa developments and several potential prime resort sites throughout the BVI.
